Featured in the Sydney Morning Herald, this former Tafe College was developed into an 8 level mixed use community of spaces comprising 111 residential apartments, retail space and a rooftop 25 metre swimming pool.
Deep floor plan apartments with 3.5-4.0 metre high ceilings utilised the large existing floor plates to create large and interesting light filled living spaces.
