90 Cooper Street, Surry Hills

Comprising 10,000 square metres of floor area, this former clothing warehouse was cleverly adapted into 96 residential apartments. Due to ground floor space restrictions, leisure facilities including a 20m swimming pool and full size tennis court were provided at rooftop level.
This was one of the first buildings in south sydney to incorporate mechanical car stacking equipment.
