Irrigation fields

All irrigation fields have been laser levelled to maximise water efficiency. The irrigation layout emphasis was based on labour and water savings. The entire system was based on a simple, failsafe water reticulation system that can be operated by minimal labour. All fields are linked by a tail return system with a requirement of only two central lift pumps. All systems are gravity fed from the on farm storage dams which minimises cost associated with reticulating water. On farm storage of a total of 1350 megalitres is provided.
